In the evening, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones attended and reviewed the Parade at Northern Territory Police Constable Recruit Squad 149 Graduation Ceremony.

In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, as Deputy Prior of St John Ambulance Australia (NT) Inc, and Ms Jones, as Patron received Mr Andrew Tombs, Chief Executive Officer and Mr Mark Ferguson of St John Ambulance NT for a Courtesy Call. Subsequently, they proceeded to a Priory Meeting with St John representatives.

In the morning, as part of his statutory duties, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, conducted a swearing-in Ceremony to appoint The Honourable Trevor Riley AO as an Acting Justice of the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory.

In the evening, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones attended the Brown's Mart Theatre 2023 Program Launch in support of the arts.
