In the evening, the Administrator hosted a reception at Government House for the Northern Territory Local Court Judges Conference.

Subsequently, His Honour and Ms Jones travelled to the community of Gunbalanya, where they attended numerous tours, including Demed Aboriginal Corporation, meeting with students from Gunbalanya School, and viewed the new construction of the Gunbalanya Medical Centre. In the afternoon, His Honour and Ms Jones attended a guided tour of Ubirr to view the Rock Art with Mr Alfred Nayingal, Traditional Owner and Parks Australia.

In the evening, His Honour, as Patron and Ms Jones hosted a reception for Surf Life Saving Northern Territory, to present the 2023 Administrator's Medal for Outstanding Service to Surf Life Saving in the Northern Territory.

In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, as Patron, attended the launch of mirragma gunugurr-wa (bamboo raft) hosted by the City of Darwin, at Bicentennial Park. In the afternoon, His Honour, as Patron, received Mrs Janette Jewell, Chair, Mrs Sue Shearer, Chief Executive Officer and Mr Steve Thomas, Home Maintenance Volunteer, Council on the Ageing (NT) for a Courtesy Call. Subsequently, His Honour, as Patron, received Mr Adam Traugott President and Mrs Samantha Fox Chief Executive Officer, Surf Life Saving Northern Territory (Inc.) for a Courtesy Call.

In the afternoon, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, as Patron, attended the 2023 Cricket Charles Darwin University Top End Series, at the Gardens Oval.

Afterwards, His Honour, as Patron of the Royal Agricultural Society of the Northern Territory, accompanied by Ms Jones Officially opened the 72nd Royal Darwin Show.
