In the morning, His Honour the Honourable David Connolly, Administrator of the Northern Territory, visited the North West Mobile Force (NORFORCE) for a briefing and to tour facilities, at Larrakeyah Defence Precinct.

In the afternoon, His Honour and Ms Sue Brosnan OLY, hosted a reception for the Chung Wah Society Dragon and Lion Dance Troupe, who conducted a  Dragon and Lion dance performance, blessing Government House to mark the beginning of the Lunar New Year.
