In the afternoon, His Honour the Honourable David Connolly, Administrator of the Northern Territory, as Patron of the Darwin Turf Club, and Ms Sue Brosnan OLY attended the 2026 Great Northern Darwin Cup Day at the Darwin Turf Club, Fannie Bay.

In the evening, the Vice-Regal couple attended the Indigenous Fashion Projects Country to Couture Fashion Show 2: Imprints and Memory - Seasons of the Land, Waters and Sky at Charles Darwin University, Darwin City.
