In the morning, His Honour the Honourable David Connolly, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Sue Brosnan OLY, visited Swimming Australia to view a training session and tour the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre at Sydney Olympic Park

Afterwards, His Honour and Ms Brosnan departed Sydney on official travel to Canberra.

In the afternoon, His Honour and Ms Brosnan, visited the National Archives of Australia to view historical artefacts relating to the Self Government of the Northern Territory, Canberra.

Subsequently, the Administrator and Ms Brosnan attended a courtesy call with His Excellency Mr Kazuhiro Suzuki, Ambassador of Japan at the Embassy of Japan, Yarralumla.
