In the morning, His Honour the Honourable David Connolly, Administrator of the Northern Territory, attended an in studio radio interview with Ms Katie Woolf OAM, at Mix 104.9.

Subsequently, His Honour and Ms Sue Brosnan OLY, received Brigadier Robert Haertsch, 1st Brigade Commander and Senior Australian Defence Force Officer for the Northern Territory, Warrant Officer Class 1 Daniel Nawrocki, 1st Brigade RSM, accompanied by Lieutenant Ben Shannon, Liaison Officer to Brigadier Haertsch, at Government House for a courtesy call.

In the afternoon, the Administrator, received a telephone briefing from Northern Territory Police Commander Terry Zhang, Incident Controller for the Big Rivers Region regarding the potential impact of significant wet weather across the region and preparation plans.
