In the evening, His Honour the Honourable David Connolly, Administrator of the Northern Territory, as Patron of the Northern Territory Thai Association, accompanied by Ms Sue Brosnan OLY, attended and officially opened the 2026 Thailand Grand Festival at Civic Park in Darwin City.
