In the morning, His Honour the Honourable David Connolly, Administrator of the Northern Territory, attended a tour and briefing of the Humpty Doo Barramundi facility, Middle Point.

Following this, His Honour received Ms Kirsten Kelly, Northern Territory Electoral Commissioner, for delivery of the Return of the Writ following the Mulka by-election at the Administrator’s Offices.
