His Honour the Honourable David Connolly, Administrator of the Northern Territory accompanied by Ms Sue Brosnan OLY undertook official travel to the Daly Region to inspect flood damage to the region.

In the morning, His Honour and Ms Brosnan, attended a tour of Merrepen Arts Centre in Nauiyu.

Later in the morning, the Administrator and Ms Brosnan, attended a walking tour of the Nauiyu community, to view affected local businesses and infrastructure.

Following this, His Honour and Ms Brosnan inspected the damage to St Francis Xavier Catholic School and attended a tour of the Daly River Police Station and met with officers.

In the afternoon, His Honour undertook an aerial tour to inspect the damage to Wooliana Road.

On their return to Darwin, His Honour the Honourable David Connolly, Administrator of the Northern Territory, accompanied by Ms Brosnan, attended the Songkran Thai New Year at Parliament House as Patron.

Afterwards, the Vice Regal couple attended the 2026 Northern Territory Agrifutures Rural Women's Award, at Parliament House.
