In the morning, His Honour the Honourable David Connolly, Administrator of the Northern Territory, administered the signing of the Judicial Oath for Acting Justice David Lovell following his appointment as Acting Judge of the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory at Government House.

Later in the morning, His Honour and Ms Sue Brosnan OLY attended the Consulate of the Republic of Indonesia to sign a condolence book for the passing of former Indonesian Consul to Darwin, Mr Bapak Andre Siregar.

Following this, His Honour received Mr Peter Carew AM, Chairman, St John Ambulance Australia (NT) Inc. and Ms Abigail Trewin AM, Chief Executive Officer, St John Ambulance Australia (NT) Inc., for a courtesy call at Government House.

In the afternoon, His Honour and Ms Brosnan attended a visit to the Port of Darwin at East Arm and met with Mr Peter Dummett, Chief Executive Officer, Port of Darwin.
