In the morning, His Honour the Honourable Chief Justice Michael Grant AO, Acting Administrator of the Northern Territory, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council at Government House.

Subsequently, as part of his statutory duties, His Honour, conducted a swearing-in Ceremony to appoint Ms Naomi Loudon as Acting Independent Commissioner Against Corruption (ICAC) of the Northern Territory.
