In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, accompanied by Ms Ruth Jones, attended the Australian College of Midwives National Conference where His Honour delivered the welcome address, at Darwin Convention Centre.
