In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones, attended the National Indigenous Tennis Carnival (NITC) VIP Function, at Darwin International Tennis Centre, in Marrara.

Subsequently, His Honour, as Patron, accompanied by Ms Jones, attended an introduction with the Captains of the Australia v South Africa teams for the T20 International hosted by Cricket NT, at TIO Stadium, in Marrara.

In the evening, the Administrator and Ms Jones, attended a dinner to mark the 110th anniversary of the Battle of Lone Pine, at Roberston Barracks, in Holtze.
