His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones undertook official travel to Katherine.

In the evening, His Honour, Honorary Air Commodore of No. 17 Squadron, and Ms Jones, attended a dinner with military personnel, at Royal Australian Air Force Base Tindal.

Subsequently, the Administrator and Ms Jones, attended the Godinymayin Yijard Rivers Arts and Culture Centre Naming Ceremony and Grand Opening of the Balang T.E. Lewis Amphitheatre, in Katherine.
