In the evening, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, as Patron, accompanied by Ms Ruth Jones, attended the Sapphire Gala Ball to celebrate the 45th Anniversary of Down Syndrome Association of Northern Territory Inc, at DoubleTree by Hilton.
