In the morning, as part of his statutory duties, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, conducted a swearing-in ceremony to appoint Acting Justice Alan Blow AO as Acting Judge of the Northern Territory.
