In the evening, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones, attended the opening of the Three Echoes Western Desert Art Exhibition, at Midpul Art Gallery, in Darwin City.
