In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, delivered a Christmas Hamper to the staff at ABC Darwin studios as a small gesture of thanks for their efforts proving critical updates to the community during Cyclone Fina, in Darwin City.

In the evening, His Honour and Ms Ruth Jones, attended the Graduation Ceremony of Junior Police Rangers Group 38, at Peter McAulay Centre, in Berrimah.
