In the afternoon, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones, attended the graduation of the Northern Territory Police Force Accelerated Recruit Program (ARP) Squad 3, at Peter McAulay Centre, in Berrimah.
