In the afternoon, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones, hosted a luncheon for Ms Kajari Biswas, Consul General of India to Western Australia and Northern Territory, at Government House.
