In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, as Patron of Royal Agricultural Society of the Northern Territory Incorporated, accompanied by Ms Ruth Jones, judged the Celebrity Baking Competition, at the Royal Darwin Show.

Subsequently, His Honour, accompanied by Ms Jones, attended the official opening of the 74th Royal Darwin Show and presented the Administrator’s Medal for Junior Steward of the Year Award.

In the evening, the Administrator and Ms Jones, attended the inauguration of the Prayer Facility at the City Musallah, and Australian Federation of Islamic Councils and Islamic Council of the Northern Territory Office, in Darwin City.
