In the afternoon, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, accompanied by Ms Ruth Jones, officially opened the 46th Fred’s Pass Rural Show at Fred’s Pass Reserve.

In the evening, His Honour and Ms Jones, as Joint Patrons, attended the 2025 CareFlight Hangar Ball: 'James Bond 007', at the CareFlight Hangar, Darwin International Airport
