In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, as Chief Scout, accompanied by Ms Ruth Jones, attended the 2025 Founders Day celebrations for Scouts Northern Territory, at Howard Springs Nature Reserve.

In the evening, His Honour and Ms Jones, attended the Chung Wah Society Chinese New Year Banquet, at Mindil Beach Casino.
