In the afternoon, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, accompanied by Ms Ruth Jones, presented the Highest Aggregate Points Award, at the 33rd Northern Territory Orchid Spectacular, at Darwin Showgrounds in Winnellie.
