In the afternoon, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, as Representative Colonel of North West Mobile Force, accompanied by Ms Ruth Jones, addressed the NORFORCE Football Camp Skills Training and Drills, at the Defence Establishment in Berrimah.
