In the afternoon, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones, attended the graduation parade of Police Fire Emergency Services Cadet Squad 19  (Darwin), at Peter McAulay Centre in Berrimah.
