In the morning, on Australian Citizenship Day, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, the Administrator and Ms Ruth Jones, attended the City of Palmerston Citizenship Ceremony, at Gray Community Hall.

In the afternoon, His Honour and Ms Jones, attended the Charles Darwin University Graduation Ceremony 5, Faculty of Arts and Society, at the Casuarina Campus.

In the evening, the Administrator, as Patron, accompanied by Ms Jones, attended the Probus Club of Darwin 40th Anniversary Dinner, at Tracy Village Sports Club.
