In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, accompanied by Ms Ruth Jones, commenced the first race, for the AnglicareNT Couch Surfing for Youth Homelessness Matters Day, at Civic Park, Darwin.
