In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, as chief guest, accompanied by Ms Ruth Jones, attended the Multicultural International Women's Day Fashion Show, hosted by the Multicultural Council of the Northern Territory, at Harmony Hall in Malak.
