In the evening, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, accompanied by Ms Ruth Jones, officially opened the Northern Territory Irish Music Festival 2024 for the Northern Territory Irish Association, at Darwin Ski Club in Fannie Bay.
