In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Jones, travelled to the community of Galiwin’ku, where His Honour conducted an Australian Honours and Awards Investiture Ceremony for Ms Bettina Danganbarr AM and Ms Kaye Thurlow AM.

In the afternoon, His Honour conducted an Australian Honours and Awards Investiture Ceremony for Mr Klaus Helms OAM, and hosted a community reception, at Gumatj Corporation Ltd.
