In the morning, as part of his statutory duties, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, conducted a Swearing-in Ceremony to appoint Mr Trevor Riley as Acting Justice of the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory.
