In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones received Mr Roland Chin AM, President and Mr Richard (Dick) Griffiths, Patron of the Chung Wah Society Inc. for a Courtesy Call.

In the afternoon, His Honour, Patron of the Probus Club of Darwin, attended their Christmas luncheon accompanied by Ms Jones, at Darwin Turf Club, in Fannie Bay.

In the evening, the Vice Regal couple, hosted a Government House Christmas reception, for services supporting Health and Wellbeing in the Northern Territory.
