In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones, attended a tour and briefing of USS Emory S Land hosted by Commanding Officer Captain Brent Spillner, at Larrakeyah Defence Precinct.

In the evening, His Honour and Ms Jones, hosted a reception and presentation ceremony at Government House for the Northern Territory 2024 Prince of Wales Awards.
