In the evening, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones, hosted a Promise Ceremony and Peak Achievement Awards presentation at Government House, for Girl Guides New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and Northern Territory.
