In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, accompanied by Ms Ruth Jones, judged the Australian Defence Force Northern Territory Cooking Competition, at the Royal Australian Air Force Base in Darwin.

In the afternoon, His Honour, as Patron, accompanied by Ms Jones, officially opened the new Legacy House and launched Legacy Week for the Legacy Club of the Northern Territory, in Ludmilla.
