In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, accompanied by Ms Ruth Jones, attended a briefing of the flood situation in the Northern Territory, by Acting Commissioner Martin Dole and Acting Assistant Commissioner Matthew Hollamby of the Northern Territory Police, Fire and Emergency Services, at the Police Headquarters in Darwin City.
