In the afternoon, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, as Patron, accompanied by Ms Ruth Jones, attended the Down Syndrome Association of the Northern Territory Christmas Party, at Darwin Turf Club, in Fannie Bay.
