In the evening, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, accompanied by Ms Ruth Jones, laid a wreath at the 25th Anniversary Commemoration of Australian Service in East Timor, at Darwin Cenotaph.
