In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, accompanied by Ms Ruth Jones, welcomed Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, at the Royal Australian Air Force Base.
