In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones, attended a State Memorial for the Honourable Nicholas Dondas AM, at Christ Church, Angelican Cathedral, in Darwin City.
