In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, accompanied by Ms Ruth Jones, commenced the first race, for the AnglicareNT Couch Surfing for Youth Homelessness Matters Day, at Civic Park.

In the afternoon, His Honour and Ms Jones, held a virtual meeting with Mr Jordon Humphreys, 2024 Northern Territory Young Achiever of the Year.

In the evening, the Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Jones, hosted a reception at Government House for the Local Government Association of the Northern Territory.
