In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, conducted an Australian Honours and Awards Investiture Ceremony for the late Mr Sydney Kinsman AM in a posthumous ceremony received by Mrs June Kinsman, in Alice Springs.
