In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, accompanied by Ms Ruth Jones, attended the Opening of the First Session of the Fifteenth Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory, at Parliament House.
