In the afternoon, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones, hosted a luncheon at Government House for His Excellency General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia and Mrs Linda Hurley.

Later, His Honour and Ms Jones, attended the Northern Territory finalists reception for the Tourism Industry National Awards, at Brown’s Mart Theatre.

Subsequently, the Vice Regal couple attended the Tourism Industry National Awards, hosted by Australian Tourism Industry Council, at Darwin Convention Centre.
