In the afternoon, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, and Ms Ruth Jones, attended the Swearing-in Ceremony of Ms Fran Kilgariff AM, Deputy Administrator of the Northern Territory, at Parliament House.

In the evening, His Honour and Ms Jones, hosted a dinner for Ms Fran Kilgariff AM, Deputy Administrator of the Northern Territory and Mr Reg Hatch.
