His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones undertook official travel to Canberra.

Subsequently, Chief Justice Mr Michael Grant AO assumed administration of the government of the Northern Territory as Acting Administrator.
