In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, officially opened the World Suicide Prevention Day Forum, at Charles Darwin University.

Later, His Honour, conducted a swearing-in ceremony of the Finocchiaro Ministry, at Government House.
