In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie AO PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones, attended a flag raising ceremony to celebrate the 46th Anniversary of Self Government in the Northern Territory, at Parliament House.
