In the afternoon, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, attended a tour and briefing of the new SWELL (Swimming, Wellness, Events, Leisure, Lifestyle) facilities, in Moulden.

In the evening, His Honour attended the Darwin Festival End of Year Thank You Reception and 2024 program presentation, at the Botanical Gardens.
